Field Data Sheets

This link takes you to a new page containing SWAMP field data sheets for field observations, water sampling, probe measurements, sediment, and bioaccumulation sampling. Region-specific data sheets can be downloaded from here as well.

Quality Assurance Management Plan (QAMP)

This link will take you to the State Water Resources Control Board's web site which contains all of the documents related to the QAMP.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

This link will take you to a page containing all of the Data Management and Quality Assurance (QA) SOPs.

Station Recon Form

The Station Recon Form is to be used for field reconnaissance of SWAMP stations. It is a two page document that can be completed in the office and field in hard copy or in soft copy if a laptop is used. If a hard copy is used, it is helpful to transfer that information to soft copy and then rename the file with the SWAMP StationCode. There is a description of some of the items at the bottom of the second page. If possible, please attach maps, pictures, and/or drawings that will help the field crew find the station.
