SWAMP Data Online

Once data have entered the SWAMP Database and have undergone the SWAMP procedures for verification and transfer to the permanent side of the database, they are displayed on the BDAT/CEDEN enterprise database. For specific questions regarding the data, please contact the appropriate State or Regional Board representative (http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/water_issues/programs/swamp/swamp_contacts.shtml).

To retrieve data from the SWAMP program, visit http://www.bdat.ca.gov/Php/Data_Retrieval/data_retrieval_by_category.php and select from the following options:

For Water Quality (including sediment studies) data other than toxicity analysis, select the category Water Quality and then select Projects. From the Projects screen, select Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program and then make selections to drill down further as is appropriate to the data being researched.

For Toxicity analysis data, select the category Toxicity and then select Projects. From the Projects screen, select Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program and then make selections to drill down further as is appropriate to the data being researched.
